As a Training Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the PART 147 training department, ensuring the smooth operation of training programs, record management, and compliance tracking. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating e-learning modules, and assisting with digital content creation & updating training materials. Knowledge of general coding and InDesign is considered an advantage for optimizing training platforms and materials.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update training records and databases to ensure compliance with PART 145 & 147 requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including instructor availability and venue arrangements.
  • Manage course registrations, attendance tracking, and certification issuance.
  • Assist in the preparation of training reports and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with revision of training materials to align with regulatory and organizational changes.
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Assist instructors in digitizing course content and creating interactive training modules.
  • Develop visually engaging training materials using InDesign and other design tools such as Adobe Captivate H5P etc…
  • Support the implementation of digital training solutions, including online assessments and virtual classrooms.
  • Utilize basic coding knowledge to enhance training systems and automate administrative tasks.
  • Work with IT and training teams to optimize e-learning platforms and resolve technical issues.

Your Profile :

Bachelor diploma in an administrative field of study or aviation studies.

Familiarity with EASA PART 147 and PART 145 regulations is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and basic coding (HTML, CSS, or similar) is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
