For the further development of our engine shop activities we are looking for a Customer
support and administration talent.

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Engine Services, you will be required to perform the following:
- Follow up of all customer request and engine follow-up during layover
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
- Keeping track of incoming and outgoing engines and associated equipment
- Using internal ERP (AMOS) to assist and report on engine maintenance events
- Support the accounting department for invoicing purposes related to the engine shop
- Develop and maintain effective KPI and statistics
- Preparation of outgoing invoices for final approval
- Verification of incoming invoices and checking against the orders
- Handling all general administration related to the engine shop
- Organize all travel and hotel reservations, including transportation for field trips or
trainings
- Ensure all administrative tasks for travel requests
Your profile:
- Be very punctual, work ethics with high degree of detail
- Pro-active towards customers
- Experience in general administrative tasks
- Knowledge or being involved in industrial quality systems like ISO is a bonus
- Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the work in the shop
- Fluid in English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Eagerness to learn quickly in the world of aviation
