Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Program Manager in overseeing the program, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and contract requirements.
• Step in as Acting Program Manager during the Program Manager’s absence, managing all program activities and communications with stakeholders.
• Coordinate program activities, acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, external suppliers, and Air Force representatives.
• Monitor project performance, assisting in identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring program milestones are met.
• Assist in financial tracking, helping with budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration, ensuring smooth communication between engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams.
• Prepare reports and updates on program status for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, contractual terms, and military standards.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts, enhancing program efficiency and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in program management, aerospace, or defense is an asset.
• Knowledge of or interest in military aviation programs.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in Belgium and able to obtain necessary security clearances.
